This isn’t just another desk job — you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping the numbers clean, supporting operations across dozens of retail locations, and helping maintain customer satisfaction through accurate, timely financial processes.

$22-25/hr

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile sales and payment activity across multiple retail locations

• Process incoming payments, perform bank reconciliations, and help resolve store-level payment issues

• File sales and tire tax across multiple states and manage exemption documentation

• Handle high volumes of data and transactions with precision

• Create journal entries with confidence, knowing the ins and outs of debits and credits

• Collaborate with team members to ensure accounting accuracy across departments

• Support other core finance and administrative functions as needed
   

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debits and credits

• Familiarity with reconciliations, journal entries, and transactional accounting

• Basic Excel skills and comfort working in accounting software and systems

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly with both peers and leadership

• Degree in accounting is a plus but not required
