Responsibilities:
- Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, agile stories and use cases)
- Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations
- Gather business requirements, document functional requirements, use cases, user interface, application interface
- Deliver precise functional specifications to include functional hierarchy, workflow, business rules, interface design and definitions, outstanding issues, data analysis, and data mapping
- Creating and Maintaining Business Process Flow Diagrams
- Schedule and facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions
- Translate high level requirements into User Stories/Detailed Requirements
- Coordinate QA and User Acceptance Testing.
- 3+ years professional experience in business analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong ability to help translate stakeholder needs through-out organizational business units.
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail
- Excellent management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize.
- Ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems.
