Responsibilities 
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned openings across multiple regions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, align on timelines, and guide candidate evaluation/selection decisions.
  • Coordinate interviews and feedback, maintaining accurate documentation, interview notes, and recruiting records in the ATS.
  • Ensure recruiting practices are compliant with internal policies and applicable federal/state/provincial/local employment laws and regulations.

Required Experience & Qualifications 
  • 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience (contract or corporate recruiting experience welcome).
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) with the ability to influence across levels and geographies.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring talent while building diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and resume databases.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools, plus strong interviewing skills including behavioral-based techniques.
Salary $50-60k
