We are seeking an experienced 5-Axis CNC Programmer / Machinist to support advanced additive and subtractive manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for programming, setup, and operation of large-scale 5-axis CNC equipment and LSAM (Large Scale Additive Manufacturing) systems.

• Program and operate 5-axis CNC machines and large-format additive equipment

• Create and optimize toolpaths in Mastercam

• Run Vericut simulations for toolpath verification

• Design and build custom fixtures and tooling

• Perform machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting

• Interpret blueprints and CAD models

• Maintain organized, lean work areas

• 5+ years of 4-axis/5-axis CNC programming and machining experience

• Advanced Mastercam proficiency (programming required)

• Vericut experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of tooling, fixturing, and precision machining

• Experience with aluminum, steel, acrylic, and thermoplastics

• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain

• $36–$37 per hour
