Account Coordinator
- Office located in Lenexa, KS, but role is remote (candidate must live in the KC metro and must provide own equipment)
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 pm
- Contract: 90-day contract with potential for extension
- Pay : $18/hr
What you would be doing:
- Responsible for making outbound calls to clients to make sure that they have all supplies necessary to perform certain tasks
- Contacting clinics for incomplete or missing items
- Maintain strong relationships with excisting clients and being able to create great new relationships
Background to be successful:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service/account management experience
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume workload
- Professional demeanor and communication
