Required Skills:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of sales, staffing, or account management experience
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn)
- Experience selling into K-12 school districts
- Background in staffing or workforce solutions
- Knowledge of special education services and challenges
- Familiarity with district staffing needs and education industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, staffing, or client management within the education sector
- Experience working with school districts, including knowledge of special education staffing challenges
- Ability to travel for conferences and district meetings as needed
