- Salary range: $80k + (based on experience)
- Wichita, KS - possible remote work for out of state candidates & open to relocation
- Generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with OEMs.
- Research industry trends and analyze current products for competitive positioning.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and product proposals, including RFP responses.
- Negotiate and manage long-term contracts and partnerships, acting as the primary liaison with OEMs and Service Centers.
- Support customer training and deployment, participate in industry trade shows, and travel up to 25% for customer meetings.
- Minimum 5 years of direct aviation experience
- Strong negotiation, project management, and program management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
- Private Pilot's License is a plus
