- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, manufacturing experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of sales and use tax laws and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with fixed asset management
- Familiarity with eCommerce transaction reconciliation
- Experience preparing 1099s and collaborating with external accountants
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least three years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within manufacturing or a high-volume environment
- Ability to respond professionally and promptly to inquiries
- Reliable attendance and dependability
$60,000 – $70,000/year (or equivalent hourly rate)
