Accounting Associate Job Overview:
Our client is looking for an energetic person to add to their Accounting Team.  The Accounting Associate would support clients with questions on invoices and review terms.  This Accounting Associate would monitor receivables and make calls and emails to clients regarding past due invoices.

Duties:

• Monitor Accounts Receivable reports

• Onboard new client details in system

• Reach out to clients regarding past due invoicing and document calls and responses

• Review terms with clients and set up payment plans when necessary

Background:

• Previous Accounting Associate experience

• Comfort calling clients as well as email correspondence

• HS Diploma or equivalent

• Strong computer skills

• NETSUITE experience preferred, not required
