Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of financial professionals responsible for budgeting, forecasting, fiscal reporting, and financial operations
  • Manage large-scale budgets and financial activities while monitoring expenditures, forecasting funding needs, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Partner with leadership teams to provide financial analysis, operational recommendations, and support for strategic decision-making
  • Coordinate cross-functional financial activities, prepare executive-level reporting, and support legislative and program-related financial initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience managing complex budgets, financial forecasting, financial analysis, or fiscal operations
  • Prior leadership or team management experience, including mentoring, coaching, or supervising professional staff
  • Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
