Accounts Receivable Specialist

Ideal candidates will bring strong attention to detail, professionalism, and prior collections or receivables experience within a non-medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable activities including collections, cash applications, billing, and account reconciliations
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances, payment discrepancies, and account adjustments
Process credit card payments, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-up on delinquent accounts
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

2+ years of accounts receivable and collections experience required
Experience outside of medical billing or healthcare collections strongly preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting-related systems

Hourly: $22 - 25/hr
