We are seeking a sharp, highly organized Aftermarket Admin Assistant to support our growing Parts & Retrofit team in Lenexa. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping moving pieces organized, and brings strong Excel expertise to the table. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, maintaining accurate reporting, coordinating documentation, and helping the team stay efficient, responsive, and on track.

Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Parts & Retrofit team, including handling documentation, processing paperwork, maintaining records, and helping manage the flow of information across multiple projects and priorities.
- Build, update, and manage spreadsheets, reports, and tracking tools in Excel, using strong working knowledge of formulas, formatting, sorting, filtering, and data organization to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Communicate with internal teams, customers, and vendors regarding order status, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up, helping ensure timely responses and a high level of service.
- Support operational efficiency by tracking open items, assisting with quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and inventory-related administrative tasks, and helping the department stay organized and proactive.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, customer service, order processing, or a similar support role is strongly preferred.
- High-level Excel knowledge is required, including the ability to work confidently with spreadsheets, formulas, filters, reporting, and detailed data tracking in a professional setting.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a busy work environment.
- Professional communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and experience in a parts, service, industrial, manufacturing, or operations-driven environment are a plus.
