Required Skills:
  • Conduct initial candidate screens/interviews, with clear documentation of outcomes
  • Schedule interviews, send confirmations/reminders, and manage follow-ups to streamline the hiring process
  • Provide front-office support by answering phones/emails, routing requests, and delivering a professional first impression
  • Maintain accurate records and complete data entry, files, trackers, and documents
  • Support onboarding and administrative coordination, including paperwork collection, appointment scheduling, and basic reporting
Nice to Have Skills:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience interviewing and engaging with candidates confidently (phone/in-person)
  • Strong written communication skills (professional emails, texts)
  • Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple moving parts
  • Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information
  • Comfortable with email, calendar management, spreadsheets, and documents within Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Background in customer service, office administration, reception, or any people-facing role
  • Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or operations
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems or scheduling tools
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or recruiting roles
Other Requirements:
  • This position is part-time, with flexible hours at a rate of $24 per hour.
  • Strong organizational skills and professionalism are essential.
