Duties
- Enter key information regarding customers in computer systems
- Use MS Excel for specific data entry tracking and MS Outlook for emails
- Pull numbers from multiple platforms to compare information
- Generate email correspondence and other administrative tasks as needed
- Make calls as needed to clarify information
- Excellent data entry and computer skills
- Excellent customer service and call etiquette.
- Experienced with Outlook, and basic MS Office Skills
- Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule of M-F, 8-5
