Duties:

• Lead and support a team of technology professionals, helping prioritize work and develop individual strengths.

• Guide application development and support initiatives across Agile and DevOps environments.
• Remove roadblocks, coordinate issue resolution, and bring the right technical resources together to solve problems.
• Improve processes, documentation, knowledge sharing, and team practices to increase efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, systems analysis, application support, or systems administration.
• 2+ years of management, team leadership, or significant project leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum, and modern technology environments.
• Technical familiarity with languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript, along with Git and cloud/CI/CD concepts.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and people leadership skills.
