Application Specialist

If you like fast-paced, people-facing work where your effort directly shows up in the results, you’ll fit right in. As an Application Specialist in the insurance industry, you’ll be the person who initiates contact with prospective customers, keeps them engaged, and helps them complete an application—clearly, accurately, and without unnecessary delays.

This is a high-call, high-follow-up role built for someone who’s comfortable on the phone, knows how to earn trust quickly, and can turn questions or hesitation into forward progress. You’ll collect and verify policy/application details, keep accurate notes, and when a prospect meets the right criteria, you’ll route them through a qualified transfer to the appropriate team member for next steps.
