$50k base salary + bonus/commission
Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for business customers, providing consultative guidance to identify the right equipment and service solutions

Prospect for new business while maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts within an assigned territory

Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, needs assessment, proposals, and closing rental, lease, and equipment sales

Oversee customer accounts, including coordination around billing, credit, and collections as needed

Track sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline data using CRM and sales technology tools

Support branch operations by monitoring inventory, key performance metrics, and administrative processes

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Participate in structured training and mentorship focused on preparing for a future branch management role

Learn and support financial and operational responsibilities, including exposure to branch-level performance and P&L concepts

Consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

1–3 years of experience in business-to-business sales

Experience managing or supporting a sales territory preferred

Willingness and ability to relocate within 1–2 years for a management opportunity

Proven ability to build relationships, prospect new business, and close sales

Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology to track leads, accounts, and performance
