Direct Hire
Fully on-site - Midway, Chicago
$50-55k base salary + bonus/commission
 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for business customers, providing consultative guidance to identify the right equipment and service solutions

  • Prospect for new business while maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts within an assigned territory

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, needs assessment, proposals, and closing rental, lease, and equipment sales

  • Oversee customer accounts, including coordination around billing, credit, and collections as needed

  • Track sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline data using CRM and sales technology tools

  • Support branch operations by monitoring inventory, key performance metrics, and administrative processes

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence

  • Participate in structured training and mentorship focused on preparing for a future branch management role

  • Learn and support financial and operational responsibilities, including exposure to branch-level performance and P&L concepts

  • Consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in business-to-business sales

  • Experience managing or supporting a sales territory preferred

  • Willingness and ability to relocate within 1–2 years for a management opportunity

  • Proven ability to build relationships, prospect new business, and close sales

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology to track leads, accounts, and performance

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
