Direct Hire
Fully on-site - Orlando, FL
$50k base salary + bonus/commission
Car allowance provided
Potential for a non-recoverable draw with proper experience ($1,000-1,800 per month)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including rentals, leases, and equipment sales
  • Build and grow relationships with new and existing business customers within an assigned territory
  • Serve as a consultative partner to identify and deliver the right equipment and service solutions
  • Track pipeline, sales activity, and customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Support branch operations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B outside sales
  • Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business
  • Experience managing or supporting a sales territory preferred
  • Comfortable using CRM tools to track pipeline and performance and create personal sales plans
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a performance-driven environment
