  The IT Service Desk Specialist is responsible for technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented with advanced verbal and written communication skill. The technician will be considered as the firm’s front line and will solve basic technical problems while providing support for all assigned areas. The IT & AV Technician will serve as the onsite AV point person and coordinator. Additional responsibilities include IT related matters such as IT troubleshooting, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience providing efficient, proactive support with the ability to adjust direction in response to shifting priorities. Most importantly, this candidate will bring a sense of fun with them!

Duties:
  • Coordination support for virtual meetings, presentations, and events. 
  • Build customer rapport by probing, listening, and offering solutions that resolve customer issues
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
  • Demonstrate the ability to remain resilient and professional during highly sensitive and urgent situations
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with technology is mandatory
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Ability to engage learners of all types
  • Capability to manage and organize activities
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills, including a positive attitude and good listening skills
  • Ability to work with people from various backgrounds and with various needs
  • Ability to work independently, with excellent organizational and time-management skills and have strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to work in many different programs/platforms.
  • Be reliable and a team-player
Hourly : $20/hr
