Benefits Administrator | Full-Time | In-Office | Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer a full spectrum of benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FMLA, COBRA, and wellness initiatives, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Serve as the liaison between employees and benefit providers, guiding individuals through enrollment, eligibility, and claims resolution with empathy and expertise.

  • Conduct benefit orientations, lead communications for plan changes, and maintain accurate records in HRIS and benefits platforms.

  • Analyze benefits data and vendor invoices for accuracy, manage FMLA and leave tracking, and oversee Workers’ Compensation claims and premium payments.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; 4–6 years of direct benefits administration experience.

  • Proficient in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and benefits databases; self-funded plan experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations including ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, ADA, Section 125, Medicare, and Workers' Comp.

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CEBS certification a plus; excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills a must.

    SALARY-$75,000-$85,000 (based on experience)
