Requirements: 
  • 5+ years BI experience or Bachelor’s in related field
  • Strong SQL, Power BI, and Tableau expertise (SSIS/SSRS a plus)
  • Behavioral healthcare payer and data warehousing experience
  • Build scalable BI solutions and translate business needs into data insights
Duties:
  • Analyze data sources and business processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability
  • Develop and optimize BI solutions using SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Tableau for scalable reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions and actionable insights
  • Manage BI projects, enforce data governance standards, and drive continuous improvement in analytics
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000
