Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.

Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure proper fulfillment of client orders.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance targets.

Conduct client presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.

Serve as a liaison between clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction on both sides.

Attend industry networking events, job fairs, and client site visits as needed.
Requirements:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is required.

2+ years of sales experience in the staffing industry or related HR services field.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if travel is required).
Preferred Qualifications:
