About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spanish-speaking Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to insurance agents, companies, and customers in a timely manner. You will be responsible for processing incoming correspondence regarding customer service requests both on paper and electronically. Your bilingual skills will be essential for effectively communicating with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Working Onsite in Tallahassee, FL
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service responding to all requests both internal and external.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with Account Executives, Management, Collections, and Sales Executives.
- Effectively route requests for research and resolution for all account transaction issues.
- Provide additional support to file room and reception areas as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, and able to work in our Tallahassee, FL office location.
