Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach

Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable job opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs

Coordinate job placements, onboarding, and orientation of new hires

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems

Communicate effectively with candidates and clients in both English and Spanish

Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers

Participate in job fairs and local community events to attract talent

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Qualifications:

Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

1-2 years of staffing, recruiting, or human resources experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
