Join Our Team as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Are you a passionate BCBA seeking to make a real impact in the lives of students? We are looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to lead transformative behavioral support initiatives within a vibrant K–12 school environment. In this pivotal role, the BCBA will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to foster positive behavioral outcomes and academic success. Required Skills:
  • Current and active BCBA certification by the BACB
  • Valid state licensure or credentials to practice as a behavior analyst in a school setting
  • Minimum of one year of professional experience practicing as a BCBA, preferably in educational environments
  • Expertise in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
  • Strong understanding of school-based behavioral frameworks, MTSS, PBIS, and IEP processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and administrators
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in crisis intervention and prevention
  • Training in CPR, First Aid, and behavior crisis management (e.g., CPI, Safety-Care)
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
  • Prior experience working with diverse student populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  • At least one year of experience delivering BCBA services in K–12 settings
  • Knowledge of current regulatory standards and ethical practices in behavioral health
Other Requirements:
  • In-person availability at the school location
  • Background clearances, fingerprinting, and compliance with all employment prerequisites
  • Current health certification, TB screening, and immunizations
Salary:
$75-$85 per hour (Approximately $101,250 - $114,750 for the full duration of the assignment)
