This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee sales, operations, warehouse, and installation teams — all while making an impact on growth, performance, and customer satisfaction. SALARY: $ 90,000/year plus bonus based on gross sales
ONSITE: Monday-Friday 8a-5p


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support Account Managers, warehouse staff, and subcontractors to achieve branch goals and maintain top-tier customer service.

  • Manage branch P&L, oversee inventory flow and purchasing, and drive sales initiatives to increase profitability and market share.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the property management and multifamily construction sectors.

  • Coordinate installations, handle escalated customer issues, and ensure seamless daily operations including scheduling, logistics, and safety compliance.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years in customer service, sales, or operations leadership — flooring or construction industry experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and traveling locally as needed within the territory.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; proven leadership and budget management experience highly preferred.
