SALARY: $
90,000/year plus bonus based on gross sales
ONSITE:
Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support Account Managers, warehouse staff, and subcontractors to achieve branch goals and maintain top-tier customer service.

Manage branch P&L, oversee inventory flow and purchasing, and drive sales initiatives to increase profitability and market share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the property management and multifamily construction sectors.

Coordinate installations, handle escalated customer issues, and ensure seamless daily operations including scheduling, logistics, and safety compliance.
Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in customer service, sales, or operations leadership — flooring or construction industry experience is a plus.

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and traveling locally as needed within the territory.

High school diploma or equivalent required; proven leadership and budget management experience highly preferred.
