Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Develop user-friendly templates to capture business and technical requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with industry best practices.
- Testing Strategy & Quality Assurance: Design and implement comprehensive testing methodologies using JIRA and Zephyr Scale to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Business & IT Collaboration: Act as a trusted liaison between business units and IT teams, translating business needs into technical requirements for seamless execution.
- JIRA Administration & Optimization: Configure, manage, and enhance JIRA workflows, dashboards, and automation to support project needs and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 3-5 years of business analysis experience in an IT environment.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in JIRA administration, workflow customization, Zephyr Scale, and dashboard management ; experience with software testing methodologies.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to research data, analyze trends, and drive process improvements.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Must be able to drive to office in Topeka, KS. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite in Topeka/ 2 days remote)
