We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven individual to join our growing team as a Client Support Specialist a key player in delivering exceptional service to our clients, partners, and agents.

Duties:
  • Serve as the first point of contact, providing top-notch support via phone and email to insured clients, lenders, and agents

  • Assist with a variety of policy service needs, including billing questions, document requests, and policy updates

  • Process transactions accurately across multiple insurance carrier platforms while keeping our CRM (Salesforce) up-to-date

  • Tackle essential administrative and clerical tasks to ensure seamless policy servicing from start to finish
Requirements:

 

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role where communication is key

  • Fast learner who’s confident juggling multiple tools and systems

  • A plus: Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a similar industry 

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms a plus

  • A natural problem-solver who’s committed to seeing issues through to resolution
Salary: $65,000
