Duties:

Serve as the first point of contact, providing top-notch support via phone and email to insured clients, lenders, and agents

Assist with a variety of policy service needs, including billing questions, document requests, and policy updates

Process transactions accurately across multiple insurance carrier platforms while keeping our CRM (Salesforce) up-to-date
- Tackle essential administrative and clerical tasks to ensure seamless policy servicing from start to finish

1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role where communication is key

Fast learner who’s confident juggling multiple tools and systems

A plus: Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a similar industry

Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms a plus
