- Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC equipment
- Ability to generate CNC programs and troubleshoot issues on the shop floor
- Strong understanding of G&M code and blueprints
- Experience with precision measurement tools and part inspection
- Ability to make tooling adjustments and perform light maintenance
- Knowledge of Mazatrol programming
- Experience with CNC troubleshooting and light programming
- Prior experience as a CNC Machinist is highly valued
- Technical training or certifications in machining or manufacturing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift trays weighing up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
