Salary: $65,000-$85,000 plus 10% annual Target Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a regional collections team while managing your own portfolio to balance business insights with team goals.

Monitor and analyze team metrics such as over 60-day ratios and charge-off rates; implement strategies to improve performance.

Collaborate with management on problem accounts, fraud detection, and training initiatives to ensure financial accuracy and risk mitigation.

Assist with development and implementation of standardized collections policies and participate actively in team meetings and associate development.
Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in collections, premium financing, or a related field.

Proven leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and motivating team members.

Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to effectively manage high-stakes accounts and problem resolution.
