Collections Lead
  Hybrid in KCMO| Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary:  $65,000-$85,000 plus 10% annual Target Bonus

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a regional collections team while managing your own portfolio to balance business insights with team goals.

  • Monitor and analyze team metrics such as over 60-day ratios and charge-off rates; implement strategies to improve performance.

  • Collaborate with management on problem accounts, fraud detection, and training initiatives to ensure financial accuracy and risk mitigation.

  • Assist with development and implementation of standardized collections policies and participate actively in team meetings and associate development.


 Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in collections, premium financing, or a related field.

  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and motivating team members.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to effectively manage high-stakes accounts and problem resolution.
