Location: Overland Park, KS
Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours per week
Primary Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and supervise the collections team to meet and exceed performance goals.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Monitor account activity, resolve escalated issues, and support team members with complex cases.

Develop and implement strategies to improve recovery rates, productivity, and overall efficiency.

Collaborate with leadership to identify workflow improvements and contribute to process enhancements.

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
Requirements

High School diploma required.
-
3+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a call center environment.

Prior supervisory or team lead experience required.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with collections software a plus.

Dependable, professional, and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
