Salary: $50,000 plus 4% annual Target Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a defined portfolio of accounts, contact agents and customers regarding payments, and propose tailored solutions to resolve delinquencies.

Respond to inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy—ensuring each interaction is well-documented.

Collaborate with sales, service, and leadership to communicate client issues and recommend loan loss or write-off strategies as needed.

Contribute to operational and asset management strategies by tracking account activity and providing insights to drive decision-making.
Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in insurance, commercial lending, collections, or customer service.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident speaking with clients and internal teams alike.

Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive—with strong math and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
