As the Commercial Card Group Product Manager, you'll be responsible for guiding the vision, roadmap, and direction of commercial, business banking, and small business card products. You'll need to be a collaborative leader who can navigate the impact of new products and enhancements across various teams and systems.

Success in this role requires deep domain expertise in cards, whether from a banking or FinTech background, along with a delivery-focused mindset and strong communication and planning skills. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders across multiple departments—including Operations, Credit, Marketing, Legal, Risk Management, and Finance—to shape the future product vision. This position involves a range of initiatives assigned by product leadership.

You'll work directly with senior stakeholders across multiple departments—including Operations, Credit, Marketing, Legal, Risk Management, and Finance—to shape the future product vision. This position involves a range of initiatives assigned by product leadership.

Responsibilities Strategic Product Management You will be responsible for creating a strategic vision for the product roadmap, which includes developing business cases and other essential documents to garner support for new products and enhancements. Your role also involves monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to assess product performance and its impact on operations and profitability. You will stay informed about industry trends and the competition by participating in industry events.

Collaboration and Leadership Cultivating strong relationships with various teams—including IT, line of business, risk, and marketing—is a key part of the job. You will establish forums to ensure transparency and share product results. This position requires you to lead and provide oversight for project teams, managing day-to-day priorities by collaborating with functional partners. You will also participate in or lead cross-functional projects, working tactically to drive multiple initiatives to completion.

Client and Vendor Management A significant part of your role is to understand client needs and industry changes by working closely with partners and clients to drive meaningful solutions that support revenue growth. You will also manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing with key partners. Finally, you will actively engage in prospect and customer meetings to promote and explain product solutions.

Execution and Communication You will be accountable for clearly expressing all backlog items, creating detailed product requirements that are easily understood by business and technology partners, and validating that the final delivery meets those requirements. You will also collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and lead campaigns to drive product adoption and growth.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference is given to candidates with at least 7 years of product management experience in the financial services industry, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in Commercial Cards or Payables .

We're also interested in those who have experience with the VISA network model and/or the TSYS processor . Prior experience as a Product Manager for Commercial Cards or in a leadership role overseeing Business Cards is required. Finally, you should have experience managing a small team of product managers .

Salary: $190,000-$200,000
