The Construction Coordinator is the central hub for our construction management team, providing essential support across a variety of projects. This role requires a highly organized individual with a strong sense of urgency, who can manage multiple deadlines and priorities. You'll be the go-to person for our construction managers, ensuring they have the support and information they need to keep projects on track. Experience in the construction industry, particularly with cooling towers, is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: Work directly with construction managers to provide administrative and logistical support.
- Document Management: Track, summarize, and manage crucial project documents, including daily reports, man-hour reports, close-out documents, and shipping reports.
- Administrative Tasks:

Coordinate with equipment vendors to get rates and set up accounts.

Upload completed documents to our database.

Manage equipment tracking for radios, laptops, phones, vans, and air monitors.

Maintain and update our labor force and equipment rental databases.

Distribute a daily action item list for the department.

Track and record daily hours worked for each project.

Qualifications
- Experience: A high school diploma with at least five years of experience in the construction industry. A higher education degree can be substituted for experience.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Availability: Ability to work a full-time, Monday-to-Friday schedule.
