Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Leadership: Direct all project phases from preconstruction to final close-out, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee project scheduling, procurement, and field execution while partnering with superintendents to ensure quality and OSHA compliance.

  • Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, track costs, and forecast performance to ensure every project meets its financial objectives and contractual obligations.

  • Risk & Documentation: Proactively identify project risks and manage essential documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration.

Required Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise: At least 5 years of experience managing industrial construction projects with a proven track record of on-time, under-budget delivery.

  • Technical Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or equivalent experience) and a valid driver's license for site travel.

  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in construction management tools such as Procore, CMiC, Microsoft Project, or Bluebeam .

  • Leadership Core: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to mentor junior staff while navigating fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

    Preferred Assets: OSHA 30-hour certification, PMP credentials, and experience managing self-perform work are highly valued.
