• Advanced Excel and Office Suite skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
• Proven leadership and team management skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting year-end audits
• Process improvement or Lean manufacturing methodologies
• Additional certifications like CPA or CMA

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline
• 3+ years in manufacturing cost accounting roles
