We are hiring an International Customer Experience Representative for a highly specialized manufacturing environment in the northwest St. Louis metro area. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity working Monday–Friday from 8:00am–4:30pm. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with global customers while collaborating closely with engineering and production teams to bring technical concepts to life. You’ll play a key role in managing custom product requests, reviewing technical drawings, and ensuring exceptional customer support from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers via phone and email
- Coordinate with engineering teams to review blueprints, technical drawings, and custom product specifications
- Process quotes, purchase orders, and customer requests while tracking project updates
- Partner with production and sales teams to ensure customer expectations and delivery timelines are met
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build professional customer relationships
