We are looking for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping clients, processing orders, and supporting day-to-day operations in a manufacturing environment. This full-time, onsite opportunity in the northwest St. Louis metro area works Monday–Friday from 8:00am–4:30pm and is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and manufacturing-related customer service experience who wants to grow within a dynamic organization. The Domestic Customer Experience Representative will work closely with customers handling catalog orders, product inquiries, and account support in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Process catalog orders and assist customers with product selection and order support
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order updates, and account information
- Coordinate internally with production, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain detailed customer records and ensure timely follow-up on requests and concerns
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment
- Strong computer and data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to navigate product catalogs and identify correct parts or materials
- Professional communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization
