Customer Service Representative – Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
  Location: In-Office | Professional, Friendly, and Fast-Paced Environment

Key Duties

  • Accurately process customer orders and payments via phone, email, fax, and in person; coordinate shipping logistics including UPS, freight, and pick-up points.

  • Handle customer inquiries and distributor support by collaborating with internal departments to provide timely, accurate solutions.

  • Maintain and update customer records, contracts, return authorizations, and reports to ensure clean, compliant data management.

  • Assist with backorders, warranty claims, and product returns to guarantee customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.

  • 1–3 years of customer service or order-processing experience in a professional setting.

  • Strong communication, telephone etiquette, and organizational skills; a true team player with a customer-first mindset.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic PC skills and familiarity with office equipment (fax, copier, calculator).

    SALARY: $19-$21/hour (based on experience)
