Key Duties

Accurately process customer orders and payments via phone, email, fax, and in person; coordinate shipping logistics including UPS, freight, and pick-up points.

Handle customer inquiries and distributor support by collaborating with internal departments to provide timely, accurate solutions.

Maintain and update customer records, contracts, return authorizations, and reports to ensure clean, compliant data management.

Assist with backorders, warranty claims, and product returns to guarantee customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.

1–3 years of customer service or order-processing experience in a professional setting.

Strong communication, telephone etiquette, and organizational skills; a true team player with a customer-first mindset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic PC skills and familiarity with office equipment (fax, copier, calculator).
SALARY: $19-$21/hour (based on experience)
