The Customer Service / Office Administrator serves as the key point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This role provides a blend of administrative, HR, and customer service support , helping management with scheduling, employee coordination, and documentation while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer and employee inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely communication and order processing.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, production reports, and other operational paperwork.
- Assist management with scheduling, timekeeping, and workforce coordination.
- Support Human Resources functions , including onboarding assistance, maintaining employee files, updating attendance logs, and distributing internal communications.
- Process and track documentation such as work orders, inventory reports, and delivery receipts.
- Perform data entry, update spreadsheets, and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support to supervisors and managers.
- Maintain a professional and organized front office, greeting visitors and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.
- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or HR support —preferably within a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ; experience with data entry or HR software a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, industrial setting.
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Dependable, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
- Full-Time, Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)
- Occasional flexibility may be required based on client needs or production schedules
