- Field in-bound calls from medical providers asking benefits questions
- Field in-bound calls from consumers regard Life Insurance benefits
- Responsible for researching on questions from providers
- Work with multiple screens and systems
- Focus on professional, quality calls and excellent service
- Strong in-bound customer service experience
- Health or Life Insurance OR prescription or banking experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to work in multiple systems and multiple screens
