- Field inbound calls from medical providers asking benefits questions
- Field inbound calls from consumers regarding Life Insurance benefits
- Responsible for researching questions from providers
- Work with multiple screens and systems
- Focus on professional, quality calls and excellent service
- Strong inbound customer service experience
- Health or Life Insurance OR prescription or banking experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to work in multiple systems and multiple screens
- Microsoft Office experience
