Customer Support Specialist

Are you a customer service professional who is comfortable with technology, enjoys solving problems, and knows how to explain information clearly? We’re looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to provide frontline assistance for an important healthcare information system used by healthcare professionals, schools, childcare organizations, partner agencies, and members of the public.

This role combines customer service, system support, account administration, and records processing. You’ll help users resolve access issues, navigate system requirements, process important record requests, and understand policies that may otherwise feel complicated. You don't need to be an IT expert—we're looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable with computers, highly detail-oriented, and confident assisting people with different levels of technical experience.

If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being the person who can turn a confusing request into a clear next step, this is an excellent opportunity to build experience in healthcare technology and system support.
