Duties:
- Maintain and troubleshoot critical infrastructure, including HVAC, power systems, and backup generators.
- Monitor and optimize data center operations to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Respond to emergencies and resolve issues quickly to minimize system downtime.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve facility performance and implement process improvements.
- Proven experience in data center operations, including knowledge of large scale HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems.
- Basic understanding of electricity, specifically 3-phase power knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with critical infrastructure systems like UPS, generators, and fire suppression systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices for maintaining a secure and efficient data center.
