Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; industry certifications or an associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data centers or related fields
- Basic understanding of data center cooling and power systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills and interpersonal communication
- Troubleshooting, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
- Commitment to safety-first approach and autonomous work ethic
Nice to Have Skills:
- Industry certifications in data center operations or related areas
- Experience with facility security systems and managing access control
- Knowledge of network fundamentals or hardware troubleshooting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or associate degree highly valued
- At least 2 years in a technical role within a data center environment
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a rotating schedule (3 days on, 4 days off / 4 days on, 3 days off)
- Must be able to support training sessions, which may initially occur during daytime hours
- Ability to pass background checks and adhere to facility security protocols
Salary: $26 - $27 hourly, plus shift differential, overtime, holiday pay, and a 5% bonus.
