Help us drive the strategic management and availability of all data assets as our Database Manager, reporting to the CTO and supporting the Infrastructure department. You will spearhead multiple teams overseeing the full data lifecycle, including operational datastores, MDM, data governance, API integrations, and analytics/reporting, ensuring data accessibility aligns with business needs and executive requirements. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining data security through advanced encryption and masking strategies within our AWS environment and across our database technologies. You will be instrumental in enforcing SLAs, software support standards, change control, vulnerability protocols, and company-wide policies. Expect to lead and contribute to significant IT initiatives.
