What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
- Own product vision & roadmap: Define and communicate a 1–3 year product strategy and roadmap, build business cases, and drive execution from concept through post-launch performance measurement.
- Lead pricing strategy for growth: Provide direction on deposit and lending pricing strategies, partnering with key stakeholders to balance profitability, market dynamics, and client impact.
- Drive cross-functional delivery: Lead and influence across IT, Lines of Business, Risk, Marketing, Legal/Compliance and others—running forums, project cadences, and ensuring alignment across upstream/downstream teams and systems.
- Lead and develop a product leadership team: Manage and coach a team of product leaders (deposit, lending, and pricing), establishing a consistent rhythm of 1:1s and team communication while ensuring priorities are clear and outcomes are delivered.
What you’ll bring (Required experience- 10+ years preferred)
- Depth in banking products: Significant product leadership experience in deposits and/or lending (consumer experience strongly preferred), with the ability to navigate regulatory and operational implications.
- Strategic + delivery mindset: Proven ability to set direction, translate strategy into execution (business cases, requirements/epics, backlogs), and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously through strong planning and communication.
- Executive-ready leadership presence: Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across a matrixed organization, communicate concisely, and engage effectively with senior leaders and challenging stakeholder questions.
- Experience leading people and outcomes: Prior people management experience (and/or leadership of cross-functional product/project teams), with a track record of coaching leaders and driving accountability.
