Duties:

  • Lead the research and implementation of best practice guidelines for assessing individuals with ID/DD seeking long-term care.
  • Provide timely technical assistance to assessors and evaluators, fostering informed decision-making and community integration.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive tracking strategies to document services and monitor outcomes effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Home and Community Based Services division to pioneer specialized support services for individuals with ID/DD.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience supporting individuals  with intellectual disabilities/developmental disabilities or related conditions.
  • In-depth familiarity with mental health support systems and community resources.
  • Proficiency in Excel and exceptional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data tracking methods and confidentiality protocols.
Hourly: $22 - 25/hr
