• 10+ years of credit, collections, or receivables management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role (law firm or professional services preferred).

• Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams across multiple locations.

• Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.

• Deep analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities using financial data.

• Experience with financial systems such as Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar platforms.

Duties:

• Lead and elevate the firm’s credit and collections operations, driving continuous improvement and strategic growth.

• Collaborate with attorneys and practice leaders to develop tailored collection strategies for key clients.

• Build, mentor, and inspire a team to meet performance goals and grow in their careers.

• Provide firm leadership with actionable insights through forecasting, trend analysis, and performance reporting.

• Partner cross-functionally with Finance & Accounting teams to streamline the full client financial lifecycle.
