Requirements:

10+ years of credit, collections, or receivables management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role (law firm or professional services preferred).

Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams across multiple locations.

Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.

Deep analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities using financial data.
- Experience with financial systems such as Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar platforms.
Duties:
- Lead and elevate the firm’s credit and collections operations, driving continuous improvement and strategic growth.

Collaborate with attorneys and practice leaders to develop tailored collection strategies for key clients.

Build, mentor, and inspire a team to meet performance goals and grow in their careers.

Provide firm leadership with actionable insights through forecasting, trend analysis, and performance reporting.

Partner cross-functionally with Finance & Accounting teams to streamline the full client financial lifecycle.
Salary: $190,000 - $200,000
